Party A HelloCareer (China) Ltd
Party B THERA GROUP
Based on the on the principle of equality and mutual benefit and through amicable conclusion
1 HelloCareer now has three packages for internship programs in China Package S Package P Package P1
2 HelloCareer will pay 30 of program fee as commission to Thera Group if the participant introduced by Party B chooses Package S the program fee does not include accommodation fee
3 HelloCareer will pay 25 of program fee as commission to Thera Group if the participant introduced by Party B chooses Package P the program fee does not include accommodation fee
4 HelloCareer will pay 20 of program fee as commission to Thera Group if the participant introduced by Party B chooses Package P1 the program fee does not include accommodation fee
5 Thera Group must ensure that the participant introduced by Thera Group have full medical and travel insurance
6 Thera Group must ensure that the participant introduced by Thera Group has truly personal and education information
7 Thera Group must ensure that the participant introduced by Thera Group has valid passport during the internship program
8 Thera Group must ensure that the participant introduced by Thera Group shall not engage in any missionary activities criminal activities illegal drug use or trafficking interactions with terrorist groups any political activities any sexual activities or other actions which may be offensive to local culture and customs of Host Company
9 When the full program service fee is received from the participant HelloCareer should pay 70 of commission to Thera Group within 5 days after the end of the participant’s internship program HelloCareer should pay the rest 30 to Thera Group
