4 The MarCom Coordinator will follow up with confirmation of attendance 4 days prior to the Press Conference

5 The MarCom Coordinator will make reservations at the outlets and advise the outlet manager of the entertained party
公关部助理预订餐厅通知餐厅理
6 The MarCom Manager will update all departments concerned any revision and amendments from time to time

7 If necessary the MarCom Coordinator will call the attendants to check if pickup service is required

8 The General Manager Director of Sales & Marketing and the MarCom Manager will meet and greet every attendant upon arrival

10 MarCom Coordinator will advise the outlet manager upon guest arrival
