My favorite sport is swimming There are three reasons why I like the sport best
First it is good for keeping fit It benefits the heart the lungs(肺)and the limbs(四肢) Thanks to the sport I lost my weight and I am graceful in form
Second it is easy to find a place to swim In the country I can swim in lakes and rivers In the city there are many swimming pools spotted among the residential areas
Third it can be done in any weather It is very cool swimming in the hot summer In cold weather swimming is especially refreshing
Swimming is a very popular sport I hope you can enjoy it too
2.How To Keep Healthy(样保持健康)
Nowadays more and more people know the importance of keeping healthy Without good health we can do nothing For me there are mainly three ways to keep healthy
First it is necessary to keep a balanced diet which is the basis of good health We should have plenty of fruits and vegetables every day Secondly it is important to do regular exercises such as swimming jogging and so on Last but not least it is essential to keep in good spirits Relaxation and entertainment are ways to renew our spirits and release our stress
When we make healthy habits a part of our everyday life we are bound to keep healthy
