1 Show a 3D map of our school
In this part I’m not only a teacher but also a shopkeeper First Ss answer the questions What shops are there next to our school What can we buy there Then Students guess what shop I have I show my Doudou pet shop and the pet I bring in class
2 Ss say the magic chantI
T The louder you say the faster the door opens
After the pet comes out Ss try to describe its appearance Then Ss answer the questions Do you want to buy it What do you want to ask me
3 Then Ss say the chantII and show their love to the puppy Whose love is big who can take it home
4 Watch the video of picture 13
Ss answer Why is peter not lucky Why can’t he take the puppy home What can he do
5 Read picture 4 and act it out
6 Watch the video of Picture 56
Ss answer Can he buy it Where is the puppy
7 Make an ending for the story
Consolidation
1 choose an ending you like and retell the story according to the blackboard
2 Order the sentences and check the answers
Sum up
T You may have many pets in your life in the future but the dog only has you You are the whole world of it So if you take it home please love it and play with it
